How Before Pour handles calculator inputs, technical website information and support correspondence.
Browser-based estimates and website services.
Use the calculators without creating an account. Project calculations run in your browser; hosting, site software and support email involve the technical handling described below.
1. Client-side calculations and project measurements
The calculator interfaces process project dimensions, quantities, waste allowances and prices in your browser to produce estimates. The reviewed calculator code does not send these entered project figures to a remote calculation service. Refreshing the page resets the current calculator entries.
2. Technical diagnostic information
Website hosting may record technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs and timestamps, for operation, security and diagnostics. These logs are separate from the calculator's project inputs. We have not confirmed a fixed retention period for hosting logs.
3. Cookies and local preferences
The website and its supporting software may use cookies and browser storage for site features and preferences. This can include local preferences and WordPress emoji-support information stored for a browser session. Storage is not limited to measurement-unit selections. Your browser provides controls for cookies and stored site data.
4. Third-party links and external tools
Calculator explanations link to suppliers, industry resources and other external websites. Those services handle visits under their own privacy policies and may use their own cookies or tracking technologies. Review their policies when you follow an external link.
5. Policy updates and inquiries
If you email support@beforepour.com, your sender address, message and any attachments are processed to handle your correspondence. The support mailbox uses Namecheap Private Email and forwards mail to Gmail. We have not confirmed a fixed retention period for support correspondence. Contact us with questions about this policy. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
